How to cook:

  1. Pre-heat some vegetable oil in a saucepan and place finely chopped celery, onions and leeks into it.Simmer the vegetables on low heat until soft.
  2. Add crushed garlic and let it sit on the fire for another 1 minute.Pour in the hot broth, add bay leaf, salt and pepper.
  3. Bring the soup to a boil and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, then cool a little and remove the bay leaf.
  4. Puree the soup in a blender, adding cream to taste, and immediately serve. You can decorate the soup with fresh herbs.

  • 1 onion,
  • 1 potato,
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic,
  • 1 cup chicken broth,

How to cook:

  1. Melt the butter in a deep frying pan, and fry in it the garlic, onions and ginger, add curry and turmeric, salt and pepper, mix.
  2. Add finely chopped onions and celery. Fry a little. Pour in water and bring to a boil.
  3. Pour in the milk and bring it back to the boil again.Correct the taste with salt or spices and puree the soup in a blender.
  4. Serve while hot, decorated with toasted nuts or seeds.

  • 1 carrot,
  • 1 onion,
  • 1 potato,
  • 150-200 g white cabbage,
  • salt, pepper, ginger to taste.

How to cook:

  1. In a saucepan of boiling water, put diced celery root and potatoes, chopped cabbage, finely chopped carrots and onions.Add crushed celery seeds.
  2. Add salt, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add finely chopped celery stalks and chopped greens, bring to a boil again, add pepper and ginger powder.
  4. Serve with black bread.
